~Rules~
- She is free, please don't re-adopt out or even sell her design.
- This is obviously her raw design, you can totes design her an outfit, if I really like your concept there is a higher chance of me letting you have her.
- don't change her gender you can change or add anything to the design except her gender or her wings.
- if you have any questions feel free to ask me about her c: I love giving you guys info about my adopts.
- to adopt, you MUST draw a picture of her, you can use a base. I don't mind, but I want to see effort, it's first come first served MEANING that the first one to draw and fill out the bio with EFFORT will get this adopt c:
